Three days wristbands have to be worn all three days.  They can't be resold. If you lose it you have to buy another one. No exception.

I purchased my tickets online and never received the email with my tickets. What do I do?

If you never received an email with your tickets, make sure to first check your spam filters. Every once in awhile we'll end up there. Add Calffry.com to your list of safe senders to ensure a successful delivery of barcode tickets in the future! If there is no email in your spam folder, fear not, No problem, send us an email to Merch@calffry.com and tell us your name and the event you purchased tickets for and the correct email you would like your tickets to be sent to.

Can I upgrade my GA ticket?

Yes - GET THERE EARLY - Go to the front entrance of the event the day on the show and we can upgrade your ticket(s). There will be a fee depending on the show to upgrade your ticket.

Can I resell my ticket - NO

Accepted Answer

Any ticket that is resold is NOT the responsibility of the Calffry.
If you attend one day and attempt to resell your ticket for another day, IT WILL NOT WORK. No exceptions.

What does all age mean?

Accepted Answer

“All ages” means anyone can come in—kids, adults, teens, seniors—everyone is allowed, no matter how old or young you are. There are no age restrictions.

What happens if it rains?

No refunds will be issued.  
Umbrellas are not permitted in the amphitheater, so leave umbrellas in your vehicle. We suggest ponchos for rainy weather

Is there Re-Entry in to the festival?

No re-entry is allowed once you’ve entered the festival.

If there are still tickets available (YES) to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time. The Tumbleweed box office is open 2 hours prior to each event.

I lost/broke my wristband can I get a new one?

Treat your wristband like cash! If your wristband is lost/stolen/damaged or tampered with in any way, it will need to be replaced by the ORIGNAL purchaser of the ticket at the festival's box office.
All wristbands also feature a locking mechanism that will not slide back once tightened. Please ensure you do not tighten your wristband until you are heading to the festival.

Do I need to have my ticket printed off upon arrival?

Tickets can be scanned on your phone or a printed ticket.

What items am I NOT allowed to bring to the festival?

Accepted Answer

No GUNS, KNIFES or WEAPONS of any kind.
No BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, or LARGE PURSES. 
No BLANKETS, UMBRELLAS, CHAIRS, or SEATING of any kind. 
No OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINK.  
No RE-ADMITTANCE Unless you have a CAMPING WRISTBAND.

Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

We have many ways to purchase your tickets. Select from American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or a debit card with a major credit card logo.
 
There are several ATMs available onsite, but you may want to bring cash for food, beverage, and merchandise.

Can I bring a lawn chair or a blanket into the festival?

Please don't  bring folding chairs in, they will not be allowed.

No outside food or drink will be allowed on festival grounds, but vendors will sell plenty of yummy treats inside.

Yes, but they will sell out.

Do you provide any transportation to and from the festival?

3-Day Bus Pass gives you access to and from Washington St (The Strip) in Downtown Stillwater.
Uber/Lift will be present along with other individuals doing ride shares.

Where can I park? How much does it cost

There is plenty of parking available in the Tumbleweed parking lots. The parking fee is per vehicle (cash only) for all concert goers.

Calffry.com reserves the right to change the terms and prices at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If User violates these Terms of Use, Calffry.com may terminate User's access to the Site, bar User from future use of the Site, cancel User's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against User. Tickets are a one-of-a-kind item. They are not replaceable. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations allowed with these tickets.
 
Tickets are valid for the specific event that may be postponed. Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance event. New tickets will not be re-issued. If an event is cancelled, or is without a rescheduled date, Calffry.com is not responsible for providing or securing a refund for User.
 
Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When user receives their emailed tickets, User should keep them in a safe place. Please never sell tickets to a third party, protect tickets. Once they are scanned they CAN NOT be used again. Tumbleweed Dance or Calffry.com is NOT responsible for any ticket not direct purchased on calffry.com. Other ticket companies selling tickets will not be valid and WILL not be honored at the event.
 
In Order to protect our Customers/Users from fraud, a User may be required to provide additional proof of identification of on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card notarized public documents such as a state driver’s license or federal passport. Please be prepared with extra identification when picking up tickets.
