Three days wristbands have to be worn all three days. They can't be resold. If you lose it you have to buy another one. No exception.

Yes - GET THERE EARLY - Go to the front entrance of the event the day on the show and we can upgrade your ticket(s). There will be a fee depending on the show to upgrade your ticket.

Any ticket that is resold is NOT the responsibility of the Calffry.

If you attend one day and attempt to resell your ticket for another day, IT WILL NOT WORK. No exceptions.

“All ages” means anyone can come in—kids, adults, teens, seniors—everyone is allowed, no matter how old or young you are. There are no age restrictions.

No refunds will be issued. Umbrellas are not permitted in the amphitheater, so leave umbrellas in your vehicle. We suggest ponchos for rainy weather

Treat your wristband like cash! If your wristband is lost/stolen/damaged or tampered with in any way, it will need to be replaced by the ORIGNAL purchaser of the ticket at the festival's box office.

All wristbands also feature a locking mechanism that will not slide back once tightened. Please ensure you do not tighten your wristband until you are heading to the festival.

Tickets can be scanned on your phone or a printed ticket.

3-Day Bus Pass gives you access to and from Washington St (The Strip) in Downtown Stillwater. Uber/Lift will be present along with other individuals doing ride shares.

There is plenty of parking available in the Tumbleweed parking lots. The parking fee is per vehicle (cash only) for all concert goers.

We have never SOLD OUT of parking at the Tumbleweed!

Tickets are valid for the specific event that may be postponed. Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance event. New tickets will not be re-issued. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When user receives their emailed tickets, User should keep them in a safe place. Please never sell tickets to a third party, protect tickets. Other ticket companies selling tickets will not be valid and WILL not be honored at the event.

In Order to protect our Customers/Users from fraud, a User may be required to provide additional proof of identification of on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card notarized public documents such as a state driver’s license or federal passport. Please be prepared with extra identification when picking up tickets.
